This collection of stories had me cackling alone in my room, while simultaneously causing me to reevaluate my outlook on life. Cindy is wonderfully honest and dark, not to the point of fear, but self-reflection, which can at times be downright scary. Her descriptions of various milestones in this beautiful, terrifying thing called life, are insightful and real. It's so relatable that as I was reading I kept saying, "Oh my god, this is my life!" She's not afraid to touch on emotions you've tried to bury six feet under. Whether you are a young person struggling to find yourself or a real grown-up who is trying to justify various life choices, you will love this book. Seriously, it is a great, humorous read, and although I don't know you personally review-reader, you will thoroughly enjoy "I Triggered Her Bully!"Product details

If you like laughing and feeling things, buy this book and then read it immediately! Life is full of disappointments - this isn't one of them. Cindy's voice is unique, funny and insightful. Sometimes irreverent, always honest and definitely funny.
Cindy's writing style is very real and readable. This book is laced with funny, sad, loving and filled with those crazy thoughts each of us have if we're candid about ourselves. What a fun book. Lots of life's learning moments revealed. I guarantee once you start reading you won't put this book down.
Cindy Caponera's stories make you want to be her friend. Hilarious and heartbreaking and eminently readable you'll wish this book was longer. My favorite story is "Gil", you're there, with Cindy, remembering somebody you've never heard of, this is great writing. Once you read this book you'll have a favorite story too.
I adored this bite-sized journey. Heartfelt confessions, blinding yet hilarious bouts of unadulterated honesty, and a collection that made me glad I still know how to feel things. Like emotions and not just Legos on my bare feet at 234am when I'm sneaking to the kitchen for a snack.
I'm a huge fan of Ms. Caponera's writing. I've also been fortunate to hear her read snippets from the book before it was published and it was a blast! She's VERY funny with an honesty and dry wit that I just love. Buy it. Read it. You will not be disappointed! This is one funny broad!
I think I enjoyed it because much of what she feels and thinks mirrors myself when I was young and now. The title through me off, I thought it was about something totally different. Guess that shows me to read the synopsis. ha
You won't be able to put this down! Cindy is hilarious and mixes very real feelings with humor making her stories very touching. I related to so many of her stories..... Loved it!
